32-bit support is now in consideration to be removed, so upgrades from 18.04 are forbidden on 32-bit installs. Bryan Quigley, looks to drop 32-bit hardware support. Hoary Hedgehog, 5.04, is released adding KDE and the Kubuntu flavor. OctoWarty Warthog 4.10 was the first release.
